Well, it’s not an hour long documentary on how they put together their show, it’s still a cool little insight into what was the thinking and intention behind all the pieces that made up the coolest show I’ve ever been to.
If you’re Canadian, I hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Oh, wow. A whole 2 minutes and 46 seconds of Agents of SHIELD previews. I’m kind of really looking forward to this, I really like that it will focus on some new heroes that probably wouldn’t get the spotlight otherwise. Kind of how the Green Arrow has his own phenomenally great show (it’s so good, I honestly cannot wait until tonight when it airs). One thing that’s not really sitting well with me is that it stars Agent Coulson. He kind of died and his death kind of had a big impact on the Avengers getting their asses into gear. If it turns out to be more Nick Fury manipulation, well, that will just be really annoying. I’m really interested in seeing what Marvel trickery they use to bring him back from the dead and I’m sure it’ll be something that’s disappointing. I’m also curious as to whether they’re going to bring in Cobie Smulders since she’ll be done with How I Met Your Mother. Or is that going to finish with one more season? *shrugs*. Anyway, enough of me talking and speculating, here’s the trailer:
This is the first that I’m hearing of the sequel to 300, 300: Rise of an Empire. Well, not exactly a sequel, it apparently takes place at the same time as the events of 300 and is adapted from Frank Miller’s Xerces. Considering this is the first I’ve heard of it and it comes out in August doesn’t leave me with much confidence but I’ll reserve actual judgement for when I see it. Because I will. This isn’t the first time I’ve posted a video from Cinema Sins, and it probably won’t be the last. He does a great job of not just nit picking the small things but also at pointing out the bigger wholes in the movie. As he says, no movie is without sins.
It’s a fan made film that’s fantastically done. Though I feel like the majority of their budget went to renting the lambo, but it’s damn good. Have a good weekend!
Now, I have yet to actually watch The Game of Thrones but I’ve been told it’s good and that I would indeed enjoy it. And if this were the actual intro, then I certainly would. But until then, indulge. It’s complete with VHS distortion and discolouration! (Thanks Scott)
